The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will also not solicit you or contact you outside of the order processing.
 
Return Policy

We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied! If we make an error or sent a defective item, we will promptly replace as soon as we can. We do our best to accurately describe, photograph, model, and present each hair accessory style. It is our policy not to sell items that have been returned, so we cannot accept returns. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
 
For wholesale orders, please contact us via telephone/e-mail to disgust the problem because wholesale orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless error by us.
 
Conditons of use
 

We advise our customers to never leave a young child unattended while using our products. Our products contain small components and could potentially become a choking hazard. All Bows for a Princess products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that Bows for a Princess accepts no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
